We welcomed Minami-san from Inosu Beer to share the production process of Shuta Hasunuma Philharmonic's new beer, "Phil Saison." First, they taste the beer and decide on the direction of the beer, before it is brewed at the brewery. Even though there are so many craft beers available these days, you can see that each one is made by hand. The new beer will be on sale at the Shuta Hasunuma Philharmonic concert at Blue Note Tokyo on Tuesday, August 5th. Reservations have also started online. If you're interested, please click here ! We received a voice message from Yu-Zaan , so we put it on air. Yu-Zaan's new album " I selected "Masala Pallet," a song I co-wrote with Haraguchi Sasuke, from "Tabla Dhi, Tabla Dha."
I've known for a while that Yu-Zhan had been working on an album, but it's finally been released! For some reason, I'm just as happy about the finished product as if it were my own. It's full of humor, but underneath it all, it's brimming with the ultimate in technique. It's a versatile album that anyone can enjoy. Please give it a listen. Thank you, Yu-Zhan!

I recorded the sounds of the Gion Festival. I wanted to capture the energy of the festival through sound. That was the thought that got me started. I actually recorded it in front of Alpha Station (Shijo Karasuma).
